About Nick Esterbauer

Nick Esterbauer joined Hull & Hull LLP as an associate in 2014 upon his call to the Bar and has been a partner at the firm since 2026. Nick is an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School in the area of Trusts, and regularly presents on the topics of estate planning, administration, mediation, litigation and related issues, and has experience in assisting clients with matters involving all aspects of estates, trusts and capacity law. Nick is trained in collaborative estates practice and the current chair of the Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario.
