Nico Angelo Putra Mooduto is a partner with SSEK Law Firm and a practice that covers dispute resolution, commercial arbitration, restructuring and insolvency, construction, and internal corporate investigations. He has advised and represented multinational corporations, including Microsoft, PepsiCo, General Electric, Rolls-Royce, General Motors, Nissan, Boeing, FedEx, and IBM. His notable work includes acting for creditors in one of the largest and most complex insolvency proceedings in Indonesian history. He also represented an aircraft engine manufacturer in a landmark, complex, and lengthy court-supervised mediation against a leading airline. He recently acted in a number of construction disputes, including an arbitration on the construction of a commodity facility worth around USD200 million under the BANI Rules.
