From his work for the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy his experience includes development and implementation of the Norwegian upstream regulatory regime, with a focus on resource management and HSE. At SVW he advises Norwegian and foreign clients on Norwegian continental shelf upstream regulatory and contractual matters. He has been extensively involved in the development and implementation of petroleum legal frameworks and capacity-building in foreign jurisdictions, including the drafting of model HGAs and other upstream-related contracts.
