About Nikolay Gergov

Nikolay Gergov is a senior associate in the banking and finance service line of Kinstellar. His clients include international and local financial institutions and corporations in relation to complex financing transactions as well as regulatory issues in the banking and financial sectors. Nikolay has also advised fintech companies, including established financial and payment institutions and start-ups, on a variety of local and cross-border regulatory and compliance matters, including payment services and crypto-assets. He also advises on a wide range of local and cross-border regulatory and compliance issues. Nikolay completed his bachelor studies in English Law (LLB) at Lancaster University.
