About Njeri Wagacha

Njeri Wagacha is a partner in Kieti’s corporate & commercial practice and specialises in M&A and private equity, in both Anglophone and Francophone transactions. She started as a trainee solicitor at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (Europe). Njeri has more than 12 years of experience, having practised in various parts of Africa, the UAE and Europe. In 2020, she joined Kieti as a partner. Njeri holds membership with the Law Societies of England and Wales and of Kenya.
