About Socrates Xanthopoulos

Socrates Xanthopoulos is the head of transactions at IX Legal, representing owners, developers, institutional lenders, family offices, asset, investment and property management firms, and closely held companies and individuals in complex real estate and business transactions at all levels of the capital stack, and involving properties across real estate asset classes throughout the nation. He advises on land acquisition and development deals, commercial real estate financing and refinancing transactions, and purchases and sales of multi-family, mixed-use, office, hotel and retail properties, as well as general corporate matters. He is a member of the Hellenic Lawyers Association and the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce.
