About Sofia Simonova

Sofia Simonova is legal counsel at Consigliere Group. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, international business structuring, succession-related planning and cross-border advisory projects. Sofia advises entrepreneurs and privately owned businesses on corporate governance, contractual arrangements, international expansion and legal support for cross-border operations. Before joining Consigliere Group, she worked in legal consulting and later served as Deputy Head of the Department for Strategic Partnerships at the Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, where she co-ordinated international business initiatives and cross-border co-operation projects across Asia. Sofia graduated from Kutafin Moscow State Law University and is fluent in English.
