About Sophia Habbe

Sophia Habbe is a partner in the firm's Frankfurt office. A core part of her practice is strategic corporate governance advice, with a strong emphasis on liability prevention for board members, including crisis governance, decision-making, documentation, and conflict management. She advises on strategically sensitive situations involving activist shareholders, including board-level positioning, stakeholder communications and dispute strategy. Sophia has nearly 20 years' experience, including almost a decade as partner, across a broad range of industries. She is a member of the Commercial Law Committee of the German Bar Association and has authored 45+ publications on corporate, capital markets and civil procedure law.
