About Sophie Bartholomew

Sophie Bartholomew is a partner at MacLean Law in British Columbia (BC). She previously practiced family law in Oxford, England, and is dual-qualified. Bartholomew handles complex divorce, separation, property division, spousal/child support, and parenting disputes, with expertise in inter-jurisdictional cases. She appears in all levels of BC courts and participates in complex mediations and negotiations. Bartholomew is vice-chair of the BC Canadian Bar Association Family Law Committee and has a background in international law and human rights, including work with the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.
