About Saga Lamminsivu

Saga Lamminsivu is an associate at Procopé & Hornborg specialising in energy and infrastructure, M&A, corporate advisory and commercial contracts. She advises clients on a wide range of transactional and corporate matters, with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure sector. Her expertise also covers corporate responsibility. In addition to a law degree, Saga has completed a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, having majored in accounting. Saga is a member of the Finnish Corporate Law Association, the Finnish Corporate Sustainability Law Association and the International Nuclear Law Association in Finland.
