About Saiesh Kamath

Saiesh Kamath is an associate based in King & Spalding’s Abu Dhabi office. He advises on the development, acquisition and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, with particular experience in energy transition, hydrogen, carbon capture, biofuels and other low-carbon technologies. His practice also includes energy regulatory matters, particularly EU regulatory frameworks, as well as private credit and fund finance transactions. Saiesh has advised sponsors, developers, lenders and state-owned entities on projects across the Middle East, Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.
