Salim Zobiri
is a counsel within Gide Laroyette Nouel’s M&A/corporate practice in Casablanca, where he advises on cross-border M&A transactions, commercial contracts and general corporate law matters. Salim has extensive experience of assisting local and international clients with complex transactions and investment projects in Morocco and across the African continent, and regularly acts on M&A deals involving companies in the MENA and Sub-Saharan Africa regions. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2010 and to the Paris Bar in 2012.
