About Salma Soliman

Salma Soliman is an associate in ADSERO’s M&A and capital markets practice, focusing on domestic and cross-border M&A. She has experience advising clients on acquisitions, investments, corporate restructurings and group reorganisations. Her work includes due diligence, transaction structuring, antitrust and regulatory matters, and drafting and negotiating transaction agreements and ancillary documents. Her experience also extends to private capital and investment structures, including fund arrangements and special-purpose investment vehicles. Salma supports matters through negotiation, signing, closing and post-closing, with experience in corporate governance and implementing restructuring arrangements. Before joining ADSERO, she interned with leading technology and banking companies in Egypt.
