About Samantha Moore

Samantha Moore is a partner at Ramsay & Partners and leads the firm’s data protection and cybersecurity practice. She advises on compliance with the Jamaica Data Protection Act and related regulatory frameworks, including cross-border data protection issues and cybersecurity incident response. Her experience includes advising some of the world’s largest technology companies as they navigate data protection obligations in Jamaica, including regulatory engagement and data breach response. She was called to the Jamaican Bar in December 2012 and joined the partnership in December 2020, having previously practised at a major Caribbean firm. Samantha is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association and serves on its Commercial Law and Telecommunications, Broadcasting & Technology subcommittees.
