About Samantha Salsench

Samantha Salsench is a dual-qualified Swiss and Spanish attorney and an associate in Baker McKenzie’s dispute resolution, trade and commerce, and investigations, compliance and ethics practice groups in Zurich. She focuses on Swiss sanctions, export controls, foreign investment screening, and ESG- and customs-related matters. Her practice further includes internal investigations, compliance matters with a criminal law dimension, and white-collar crime litigation in both Switzerland and Spain. Before moving to Zurich, she worked for more than nine years in Baker McKenzie’s Barcelona office and at another leading Spanish law firm. She is a member of the Zurich and Barcelona Bar Associations.
