About Samer Badran

Samer Badran is a seasoned legal professional specialising in arbitration, litigation, construction law, government contracts, commercial law, and oil and gas. Accredited as an arbitrator at CRCICA, Samer has played key roles as a counsel, sole arbitrator and co-arbitrator in various arbitration cases. He obtained his LL.B. from the Faculty of Law at Cairo University (English Section) in 1999 and an LL.M. in Comparative Law from the AUC in 2009. Prior to joining Badran Law Firm in March 2013, Samer served as a Public Prosecutor and as a Judge in civil, misdemeanour and commercial courts.
