Samir Sayah
mainly assists international and African clients in M&A, corporate law, investment, exchange control regulations and business law in North Africa, particularly in the health, telecoms, food and beverage, energy and infrastructure sectors. Samir is one of the few international law firm partners qualified to practice in France and Algeria. He holds a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law and Administrative Sciences from the Faculty of Law in Algiers. Samir began his career almost 20 years ago in Algeria with international law firms. He regularly publishes articles in French and English on Algerian law, notably for LexisNexis (he is a member of the scientific committee), Chambers and Partners and the magazine Jeune Afrique.
