About Sara González Cifuentez

Sara González Cifuentez is a senior associate at MPA/DPA, focusing on representing senior executives and companies in corruption, corporate fraud and public administration offences. She also advises companies on the design and implementation of compliance programmes, including SARLAFT/SAGRILAFT, PTEE, due diligence and whistle-blowing channels. Sara holds a law degree and a master’s degree in criminal law from Universidad EAFIT. She chairs the editorial board of Diálogos Punitivos, serves as a peer reviewer for Nuevo Foro Penal and co-ordinates the firm’s pro bono practice.
