About Sara Huerta Estrada

Sara Huerta Estrada is a partner at HD Compliance and co-leads the firm, heading its corporate governance and financial regulatory practice. A lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile with minors in Global Business Law and Entrepreneurship Management, and a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence and Legaltech from the University of Salamanca, she brings more than 15 years of experience in highly regulated environments, including as Compliance Officer of an asset manager supervised by the CMF and the UAF – overseeing AML/CFT, KYC and whistle-blowing channels – and six years advising the board of a pension fund administrator on regulatory compliance and ESG reporting. She holds Chile’s CAMV securities-market accreditation and GRI certification in sustainability reporting.
