Sarah Connolly
is an associate in the commercial property team at Maples and Calder (Ireland) LLP. Sarah advises on all aspects of commercial property transactions including property financing, the acquisition and disposal of investment property, and property aspects of corporate transactions. Sarah also advises on issues of commercial landlord and tenant law and has experience in the drafting, negotiation and provision of advice in respect of leases from both a landlord and tenant perspective.
