About Sarah Green
Sarah Green
is an advisor to CMS, a professor of law and an independent arbitrator at Newmans Row, specialising in digital and technology disputes. She also sits on the UK Jurisdiction Taskforce and the International Jurisdiction Taskforce and, in that capacity, most recently contributed to the “Civil Liability for AI Harms” Report. Sarah regularly advises both private organisations and public bodies on how to modify their processes in light of legal and technological changes. As a former Law Commissioner for England and Wales, she has overseen a number of legal reform initiatives related to developments in technology, including smart contracts, intermediated securities, electronic trade documents and digital assets. She is also a member of the Digital Commonwealth, a Fellow of the British Blockchain Association and a PRIME Finance Foundation Expert.
