Sarah Sedky
is a senior associate in K&A’s Band 1 dispute resolution practice, where she focuses on international arbitration. She advises private companies, foreign sovereigns and state entities on complex cross-border disputes. She has represented clients in proceedings under the ICSID, ICC, LCIA, SAC, DIAC, SCCA, CRCICA and UNCITRAL rules across a broad range of industry sectors, including construction and infrastructure, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, mining and shareholder disputes. She also has experience in arbitration-related proceedings before local courts and in cross-border regulatory and FCPA-related investigative matters in the Middle East. Sarah previously worked at Magic Circle and US law firms in Paris and Dubai. She is a native speaker of French, English and Arabic.
