About Sean C. Wagner

Sean C. Wagner is co-founder of Wagner Hicks PLLC in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he leads the firm’s complex commercial litigation and regulatory compliance practices. In doing so, Mr Wagner regularly represents commercial entities in high-stakes disputes and regulatory matters throughout the country. Prior to co-founding Wagner Hicks PLLC, Mr Wagner began his career as a judicial law clerk for US District Judge James H. Payne before joining a major national law firm as an associate in Charlotte. Mr Wagner is a member of the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the Mecklenburg County Bar Association.
