received his law degree from Columbia University in 1992. He has over 25 years of experience counselling and representing clients in numerous areas of intellectual property, with a focus in trade mark law. He handles litigation, clearance and prosecution, licensing, and other general IP matters. He has served as the Chair of the Arizona State Bar’s E-Commerce and Technology Law Section and is actively involved in the International Trademark Association and American Intellectual Property Law Association. His extensive litigation experience includes prevailing for his clients in two of the earliest Accelerated Case Resolution (ACR) decisions issued by the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
