Sebastián Landívar Tufiño
is a partner at VIVANCO Y VIVANCO, advising families, financial institutions, and Bolivian and international brokerage firms on the structuring of agreements and business transactions from a private international law perspective. He supports clients with document review and understanding complex financial positions arising from Bolivia’s currency reform and other regulatory changes, and has advised international fintechs, including Infinia, on entering the Bolivian market. His practice also covers banking law, wealth management and virtual asset regulation. Sebastián holds an LLM from the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen.
