About Selva Quintero

Selva Quintero has been part of the Galindo, Arias and López team since 2001, practising in the litigation and arbitration, and regulatory groups. Selva has specialised in arbitration as well as civil, constitutional and contentious-administrative litigation, and in administrative procedures before various public institutions, mainly in procedures before the National Authority of Public Services (ASEP), including the representation of multinationals in arbitration proceedings for public services. She began her professional practice at the Supreme Court. Since 2023, Selva has been on the CESCON roster of arbitrators. She has also served as an expert witness in Panamanian administrative law in proceedings before international tribunals.
