About Serges Martin Zangue

Serges Martin Zangue has been an Advocate of the Cameroon Bar Association since 2001. He founded Zangue & Partners in 2014 after 14 years of continuous legal and judicial experience as an associate and senior associate at renowned law firms in Cameroon. With more than 20 years of experience, he possesses extensive expertise in legal advisory and litigation. His practice covers a variety of legal areas, including mergers and acquisitions, project finance and corporate finance, with a particular focus on banking and finance law, energy and natural resources, real estate and capital markets. Serges also regularly defends the interests of mainly corporate clients before judicial, administrative and arbitration bodies, generally in labour, civil and commercial disputes.
