Shay Lakhter is an associate in the public international law and international arbitration practice groups of S Horowitz. Shay specialises in international dispute resolution, commercial and investment arbitration conducted under various arbitration rules (ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and ICSID). He hosts Arbitral Voices, an arbitration videocast, served as an LLM adviser for the Georgetown Journal of International Law (2022–23) and drafted the 2024 Foreign Direct Investment Moot.
