Sheri Porath Rockwell is counsel at Sidley Austin LLP, and focuses on privacy, data governance and risk management, and AI issues across various sectors. She leverages her litigation background and experience working in-house in a regulated industry to help clients comply with the complex privacy legal environment and anticipate emerging frameworks. Her practice includes compliance counselling, development of digital governance policies, management of ad tech risks, investigations, litigation, vendor diligence, and transactional diligence. Sheri was one of the founders of the Privacy Law section of the California Lawyers Association and served for several years as chair of the section.
