About Shruti Garg

Shruti Garg is a partner in the dispute resolution team at AZB & Partners with 12 years of experience. She specialises in representing and advising clients on infrastructure contracts and disputes, including roadway, highway, metro rail and EPC-related projects. She also advises clients on regulatory and governance issues. Shruti regularly appears before international and domestic tribunals in high-stake complex disputes, including the Supreme Court, various high courts, tribunals, and arbitral tribunals constituted under SIAC, ICC and MCIA. She is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, CIArb and Indian Women in International Arbitration.
