About Siddharth Mody

Siddharth Mody is an equity partner at JSA Advocates and Solicitors, based in Mumbai. He has over two decades of experience in corporate law, with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, foreign investment, joint ventures and asset purchases. He advises investors and promoters on cross-border transactions across sectors including healthcare and pharmaceuticals, technology, insurance and power. Prior to joining JSA in 2023, he was a senior partner at Desai and Diwanji, where he spent more than 19 years. He holds a BLS and an LLB from Government Law College, Mumbai, and is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
