About Sidhant Goel

Sidhant Goel is a senior partner at Sim and San, and co-heads the firm’s litigation practice. He advises and represents domestic and international clients in high-value intellectual property and commercial disputes before the Indian courts and arbitral tribunals, appearing regularly before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. With a background in physics, Sidhant focuses on technically complex patent litigation in the pharmaceutical and technology sectors. He was chief strategist and trial counsel in the CCAI patent enforcement campaign and in the Lifestyle Equities’ trade mark litigation against Amazon. He is a member of INTA, APAA and AIPPI.
