About Stefan Corbanie

Stefan Corbanie is the regional managing partner for Eversheds Sutherland’s Benelux offices and has led the firm’s employment, HR and pensions practice in Belgium since 2001. Admitted to the Brussels Bar in 1996, he advises multinational and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, industrial relations and cross-border employment matters. Stefan has extensive experience assisting clients with complex restructurings, information and consultation processes, collective bargaining and industrial action, both in Belgium and across Europe. He served as a deputy judge at the Brussels Labour Tribunal from 2003 to 2016.
