About Steffen Rogstad

Steffen Rogstad is a specialist partner in BAHR’s financing team. He advises borrowers, investors and issuers in connection with financings and restructurings. He has been a key member of the BAHR team on several of the most significant financing transactions in recent years, with a particular focus on complex restructuring matters with an international dimension, resulting in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. He has also co-ordinated matters with significant cross-border aspects. Steffen has broad experience across different types of financing and sectors.
