She advises clients on the Canadian tax aspects of corporate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganisations, financings, and other aspects of tax planning. Stephanie represents clients before the Canada Revenue Agency, including in the course of audits, objections, waiver applications, and ruling requests. She has particular experience assisting clients with Canadian inbound structuring and issues relating to employee mobility, and cross-border transactions (including withholding tax, tax treaty, and transfer pricing issues).
