About Steve Frinsko

Steve Frinsko is a partner and the chairperson of Hawley Troxell’s corporate and business transaction practice group, a member of the real estate practice group, and a member of the board of partners. His practice focuses on all aspects of business and real estate law, including M&A, corporate compliance, entity formation and governance, commercial transactions, antitrust compliance, and insurance. His M&A experience includes transactions involving both public and private companies, and his current client base ranges from start-ups to long-established national companies. Steve is licensed to practise law in Idaho.
