About Steven Dimitt

Steven Dimitt is Platt Richmond’s managing partner and a partner in the commercial real estate section. His practice covers real estate, land use, zoning and construction matters across every project phase, from site selection and entitlement through construction, lease-up and sale. He handles acquisitions, development and sales of industrial, office, retail and multifamily properties nationwide. Previously a litigation partner at one of Texas’s largest law firms, Steven brings his advocacy experience to zoning changes, specific use permits, planned development districts, annexations and contract negotiations. Steven holds a JD from SMU and a BBA from Texas Tech University.
