Sumet Orsirivikorn is co-head of the corporate/M&A practice group and a partner at Baker McKenzie Thailand. He serves on the firm’s Asia Pacific M&A steering committee and Asia-Pacific private equity steering committee, helping shape the regional growth of both practices. Sumet advises on private equity investments and divestitures, cross-border M&A, joint ventures and strategic transactions across sectors including real estate, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure and transportation. Known for leading complex multi-jurisdictional deals, he works closely with clients and Baker McKenzie teams worldwide to navigate regulatory, commercial and cross-border execution challenges.
