About Susie Daykin

Susie Daykin advises trustees and employers on all matters relating to their pension arrangements and has advised the trustees of some of the UK’s largest pension schemes. Her practice includes advising on a broad range of issues, from funding investment and security, governance and compliance, member issues, benefit changes, scheme restructuring and helping trustees respond to corporate activity (including distress and insolvency). Susie also has significant experience advising on risk transfer transactions. Susie is a longstanding member of the Legislative and Parliamentary Committee of the Association of Pension Lawyers and regularly engages with government and regulatory stakeholders on industry developments.
