Svetlana Koronova is an international lawyer specialising in private wealth structures, foundations, family offices and cross-border corporate arrangements. She has more than 15 years’ experience supporting international business groups, private investors and family-owned enterprises. Svetlana has extensive experience with offshore and onshore holding structures, corporate administration, succession vehicles and foundation structures in the UAE and other international jurisdictions. Her practice at Consigliere Group includes the establishment of family offices and foundations in the DIFC and ADGM, corporate governance matters and international asset-holding structures. Svetlana graduated from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy with a degree in international law and is fluent in English.
