About Poonam Sengupta

Poonam Sengupta is an equity partner at JSA. She has over two decades of experience in advising and representing clients in the aviation sector and has been instrumental in spearheading the aviation practice at JSA. She has advised and represented industry bodies, along with several airlines, on legislative, policy and regulatory matters. She represents clients before various forums on issues including relating to interpretation of agreements executed pursuant to PPP tendering processes, passenger rights, determination of aeronautical tariff, single till and other charges being levied by the regulator.
