Paul van de Ven is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance team at BarentsKrans. He advises lenders, borrowers and alternative finance providers on a wide range of financing transactions and restructuring matters. His work includes complex national and cross-border financings, such as leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate and project finance, as well as structured finance transactions including securitisations and receivables transactions. Before joining BarentsKrans, Paul worked at Buren Legal and Baker McKenzie.
