About Paul Street

Paul Street has practised law for over 44 years, half of which was spent in private practice. In 1999, he became general counsel and corporate secretary of Building Material Holding Corporation – a publicly held lumber and building materials distribution company. In 2015, it merged and became BMC Stock Holding, Inc and Paul became general counsel and corporate secretary of the merged company. Paul now leverages his experience and focuses on advising clients on corporate law matters including corporate governance issues and business and real estate transactions.
