About Pavel Kejla

Pavel Kejla is, with Jiří Melkus, a managing partner of Melkus Kejla & Partners. Admitted to the Czech Bar in 2005, he studied at Charles University and the University of Economics (VŠE), Prague. He has led major Czech media businesses – as CEO of Opera, the commercial body for OMNICOM agencies, and as COO of FTV Prima, the country’s second-largest private broadcaster. Pavel advises on media, real estate and competition law. With Jiří Melkus, he won the Supreme Administrative Court’s landmark ruling opening low-value contracts to review by the Office for the Protection of Competition, and helped secure one of its first cartel settlements.
