About Paloma Fernández

Paloma Fernández is a lawyer in the aviation finance department at López-Ibor Abogados. She provides legal advice to airlines, lessors and financial institutions on broad aircraft transactions, including acquisitions, financings, operating and finance leases, as well as wet lease arrangements. She assists clients on legal, regulatory and commercial issues and has taken part in both domestic and cross-border deals, with a focus on structuring and negotiating complex, multi-party transactions. Paloma holds a dual degree in Law and International Relations, as well as a master’s degree in law, from Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio.
