About Panagiotis (Notis) Sardelas

Panagiotis (Notis) Sardelas is a partner at Sardelas Petsa Law Firm and an expert in the field of banking and finance and capital markets, including the financing of real estate and energy projects. His 20-year practice includes advising clients, mainly financial institutions, on financings, restructurings and underwritings of ECM and DCM transactions, as well as acting for companies and investors on M&A transactions, mainly involving listed companies. He has played an instrumental role in the recent development of the Greek corporate bond market, advising on the structuring of the first listed corporate bond offering based on the new electronic bookbuilding platform, which paved the way for all the subsequent issues to date. He also has considerable expertise in privatisations and state assets development. Notis holds law degrees from the London School of Economics and the Athens Law School, as well as in banking and finance from Queen Mary University of London (LLM).
