He is a frequent speaker at national and international tax conferences, and teaches national and international tax law at the University of Fribourg. Pascal is the Swiss member of the IFA’s Permanent Scientific Committee and a member of the Swiss Committee of the IFA and of the EXPERTsuisse D-A-CH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) Tax Chapter.
