About Peter Allegretto

Peter Allegretto is counsel in the corporate group in Dentons’ Calgary office. Peter practices across the corporate and securities spectrum, with an emphasis on public markets transactions, public offerings of both debt and equity, and public M&A. In addition, Peter is an experienced commercial lawyer, with a focus on oil and gas matters. He advises boards of directors and executive teams on governance issues and brings strong expertise from both private practice and in-house experience.
