Peter Blaschke is an attorney-at-law at Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner (fwp) in Vienna and a member of the firm’s Corporate, M&A and Transactions practice. He advises Austrian and international clients on corporate transactions, including private M&A, joint ventures, and cross-border M&A transactions.
