Peter Shiozawa is an intellectual property attorney whose practice focuses on AI governance, technology and intellectual property rights. He advises clients on responsible AI implementation, risk management, regulatory change, technology transactions, open source, patents, contracts, litigation and compliance. Drawing on in-house experience at an international technology company and private practice experience in patent searching, drafting, prosecution and post-grant proceedings, Peter helps clients develop practical strategies for complex legal and technical challenges. Before practising law, he worked as a process engineer, applying his chemical engineering background to technology-driven problem solving.
